Really great piece!! I really like how you are bringing attention to these less visible cognitive effects. When someone is struggling with brain fog or mental burnout, it usually gets brushed off as "just stress" because the surface level stuff looks fine. I’m definitely sending this to a friend who’s trying to figure out if she has PMOS, having actual data to validate what she's feeling will mean a lot!! <3
PMOS isn’t something I personally navigate but I’m always fascinated when others break down the science like you have here. This kind of information can make such a difference for diagnosis, treatment and care plans and even just awareness and understanding of the patient experience in general. Thanks for digging into the science!
Hi Christina! Thanks so much for taking the time to read and comment! I’m glad you were able to find the information useful. I’m not perfect but I try my best to break it down as simply as I can! Love your work and look forward to following along with your journey! 🤍
Thank you so much for sharing this!! Reading this makes me sad how little we know about PMOS in general. Apart from the name and a few common symptoms, almost everything is only known by researching deeply about it, which I am so greatful you do for us!✨️
Genuinely love being educated by ur articles 🙏 I actually learn so much from ur work
Thanks so much! I appreciate that! I’m glad it’s informative! ♥️

Thanks so much for reading, Jaya! Yes, there’s so much more to learn when it comes to PMOS. Appreciate the support! ♥️
It is so maddening how little we know about Pmos - it does make sense that cognitive function would be one thing that’s implicated by it though.
Yes, it’s unfortunate how under-researched it is! Hopefully sharing more stories will raise more awareness!
